By entering an address, you can find out virtually everything about the neighborhood. This is especially of benefit to those who perform nartrative appraisals. Home Inspectors can also learn about the neighborhood, vacancy rates, owner occupied versus Tenant occupied dwellings, board up- vacant homes, etc.
