Our Graduates are offered their first year membership at the rate of $ 95.00, which is a substantial savings over the regular membership fee. Our grads are entitled to apply for the RHI Designation as part of your membership application. There is no extra charge for this designation as long as you are a member in good standing with the Housing Inspection Foundation.
