2 year renewal period before you renew your license + 7 Hour USPAP Mandatory
Part of this regulation requires you to attend
the 7 hour National USPAP Update course. USPAP is mandatory! No Exceptions!

CERTIFICATES YOU RECEIVE! All appraisers are subject to a continuing education
audit. If you do not have the required Appraiser Continuing Education, you are
in violation of state guidelines. If
course is cancelled due to weather issues, we will call you at the # you
provided.
