We just completed a 2 day seminar. It was a great success. We are planning our next 2 day course February, 2005. This course is by invitation only. We screen each applicant to make sure those considered meet certain criteria and are educationally and experience qualified. We are not satisfied with the status quo. Contact NYS, Dept. of State at 518-474-4429 for an instructor application to teach either real estate or appraisal studies. Be specific. For those with college, you also need to order a transcript. It may be required as part of your application. Each approval process is different. Everything is explained in each application.
Send us your letter of intent and resume on or before January 15th, 2005 to be considered for the next 15 hour course. We are working towards improving the abilities of educators throughout the state and we are doing it one instructor at a time. We limit the number of potential teachers to 10 per session. The best of the best are what we are looking for. Teaching can be rewarding, profitable and very fulfilling. Consider this carefully!
