New York State, Department of State has approved our entire licensing program for home inspectors, as well as multiple home inspection continuing education classes. This portal will get you the courses needed in NYS and throughout the country. This includes entering the HOME INSPECTION field and maintaining your license with NYS APPROVED CE CREDIT. We make these classes possible at reduced rates for NACHI Members.
In NY State, we can become Licensed by meeting the 140 hour educational requirements and passing the NY State test. Education is the Key- You should take approved education which we provide to you at a discounted price. Don't take a chance on your education being offered by real estate schools, offering inspection courses pert-time. Be trained by the person (Bill C. Merrell, Ph.D. ) who had the program approved in NYS- Approval codes P00011, P00012, P00013, P00014, and P00015.
