License plate regulations by states in USA:
License Plate Riser elevates your plate so it is easily visible and identifiable at all times. This is required in several states including AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, HI, ID, KS, MT, ND, NV, OR, PA, SD, TX, UT, VA, and WA. Please note that it is your responsibility to understand your state's laws and regulations, as well as any states you will be traveling through. I own 2 vehicles with Harman Vehicle Wheelchair lifts (electric w/key lock) and in NYS it does not appear to require any lift mechanism for your License plate. Remember, if you are going through the above states you may need a lift for your rear license plate. Check with each state you may be traveling through. Southern states give you a harder time than northern states...my personal opinion as Director of this organization.
